Better A Life is a local non-profit group that feeds children and families who are food insecure.  The group works with schools donating funds to pay overdue lunch balances for struggling families.  And, they package nutritious lunches to deliver to those in need.  

Their mission statement:  "To leave no local child hungry.  We believe a child will study more and have more opportunity for success if they start their day with a full belly versus thinking about if they will have a next meal."  

MJLStudios donated a Business Headshot Session to their Silent Auction in September.  They collected some much needed funds from the auction items that ranged from a dedicated flag raised over the Pentagon to a relaxing weekend stay at The Salamander Inn.  

I am looking forward to working with this group more and watch them grow.
